ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records from the 1st respondent relating to the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in F.SRC/NCTE/2009/16242 dated 29.10.2009 and quash the same and further, direct the 1st respondent to grant recognition to the petitioner institution to start one year B.Ed. course.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and she has also made an endorsement to the following effect:- " The matter become infructuous"

3. Recording the above submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
