Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ or order of direction or any other Writ in the nature Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent, their men, agents, servants or any one claiming under them or acting on their behalf to consider the representation dated 20.12.2021 given by the petitioner and pass such other suitable orders on the same in the manner known to law within a stipulated time at the property bearing Old No.53, New No.55, K.V.B.Garden, R.A.Puram, Chennai-600 028. WMP No.2841 of 2022 filed seeking permission to file a single Writ Petition is ordered.
2. The petitioners have moved a representation before the 1st respondent only on 20.12.2021. On the heels of the same, they have rushed to the Court seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to dispose the same.

3. Though I am most disinclined to consider such a premature request, Ms.Keerthana Shenoi, learned Counsel appearing for R1 would state that the authority has no objection in considering the representation of the petitioner and this Court fixing time frame for disposal of the same.
4. Let the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2021 be disposed by R1 on merits and in accordance with law and all applicable Rules and Regulations after hearing the petitioner and any other parties who may be necessary in the matter, within a period of sixteen (16) weeks from today.
5. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed. No costs.
