measuring 0.67 Acres comprised in Survey No.221 and 2.33 Acres in Survey No.222 totally measuring 3.00 Acres, situated in Vazhuvathur Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District to the place of the petitioner's purchasers destination. O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from insisting the petitioner and the petitioner's customers either to obtain transport permits or to get mentioning of the final place of destination in the bills issued by the Public Works Department to transport the processed or filtered or raw sand from the stockyard of the petitioner measuring 0.67 Acres comprised in Survey No.221 and 2.33 Acres in Survey No.222 totally measuring 3.00 Acres, situated in Vazhuvathur Village, Thirukazhukundram Taluk, Kancheepuram District to the place of the petitioner's purchasers destination. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly conceded that the prayer sought for this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

3.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
