These petitions are filed to condone the delay of 20 days in filing these writ appeals against the common order dated 12.11.2019 made in W.P.Nos.31788, 31786 and 31787 of 2019 2.
Mr.K.S.Viswanathan, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. Heard the learned Government Counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
4. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents has got no serious objection for condoning the delay.
5. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on both sides and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions, the delay stands condoned and these petitions are allowed.
6. The Registry is directed to number these appeals and list the same for admission, if they are otherwise in order.
