2. Heard Mr.K.Govi Ganesan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.A.Damodaran, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for respondent.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation was completed and closure report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sulur, as further action dropped. The relevant materials were also placed before this Court.
