O R D E R

The present case has been filed to register a complaint dated 31.01.2014 alleging that one Sasikumari Karunakaran received Rs.6,00,000/- (Rupees six lakhs only) and 13 sovereigns of gold from the petitioner and cheated him; therefore, the petitioner has given the complaint; however, till date no action was taken on the said complaint. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondents and perused the materials available on record. 3.

The learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that like the petitioner, the above said accused Sasikumari Karunakaran cheated several persons and a complaint given by one of such persons was registered in Crime No.1490 of 2014, wherein the petitioner was also cited as one of the witnesses and therefore, no order is necessary in this petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
