Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying to direct the respondents herein to not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry under appropriate penal provisions. ORDER

This petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents are calling the petitioner frequently based on the complaint lodged by one Yuvaraj and under the guise of investigation the respondent is harassing the petitioner and thus, prayed for appropriate orders.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that one Yuvaraj has given complaint as against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and based on the said complaint the respondents called the petitioner for enquiry and inorder to avoid the enquiry, the petitioner has filed this petition. 4.Irrespective of the submissions made on either side, this Court is constrained to pass the following order: (i) The petitioner is directed appear before the second respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of one week and cooperate with the enquiry.

(ii) The respondents police are directed to conduct the enquiry in accordance with law, without harassing the petitioner.

5. The criminal original petition is ordered accordingly.
