ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J. ] The matter in issue pertains to removal of encroachment on a water inlet.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also perused the materials including the photographs and it prima facie appears that the superstructure put up by the petitioner is also an unauthorised one totally.

3. This Court heard the submission of Mr.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 also. Mr.R.Gopinath, learned Standing counsel (Corporation) appearing for the 3rd respondent.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, after elaborately arguing the matter, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

5. In the light of the said endorsement, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdraw. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
