ORDER
This writ petition is filed for writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the common award dated 30.10.2002 of the first respondent Labour Court in I.D.Nos.175/2000 to 204/2000, 216/2000 to 231/2000 and 238/2000 to 251/2000.
2. Though notices have been served on the majority of hte workmen, none appears on behalf of the workman.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the management, would submit that pending the writ petition, the matters have been settled and the amounts have been paid to the workman and nothing further survives to be adjudicated by this Court.
4. In view thereof, recording the same, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 02.12.2024 nsl To The Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Vellore.
