Crl.M.P.No.1470 of 2023 in Crl.RC.No.1705 of 2022 V. SIVAGNANAM, J.

This petition is filed to implead the petitioner as proposed respondent in the above criminal revision case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who submitted that the petitioner who is the defacto complainant is a proper and necessary party to the present Criminal Revision. Hence, he prayed that the petitioner may be added as respondent No.2 in the above Criminal Revision.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent as well as the learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the 2nd respondent have no objection to allow this petition.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, this petition is ordered by impleading the petitioner as respondent No.2 in this Criminal Revision Case.
