This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 31.10.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24609 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate - I, Vaniyampadi, weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of trial, quite apart from Court hearing dates.
