ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent management submitted that their company has been closed in 2012 itself and is not in existence now.

2. The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the Award of the Labour Court declining his request for reinstatement back into service.

question of reinstatement will not arise as on date. Hence, no effective orders can be passed in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
