PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in Rc.No.9009/07/PA1 dated 30.07.2008 on the file of the first respondent herein and to quash the same and direct the first respondent to re-fix the pay of the petitioner and consequently the pension, and pay all the arrears of the difference of pay and the pension within a time frame.

Mr.P.Raja, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and he has also filed a memo to that effect.
