(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner has filed this petition for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 21.09.2022, and pass an order on the same to remove the encroachments.

2. The allegation regarding encroachment may be examined by the competent authorities and appropriate action may be taken as expeditiously as possible. The petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
