ORDER

The writ petition has been filed challenging the correctness of the order made in Na.Ka.No.029955/11/08 dated 17.09.2008 passed by the first respondent.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since the petitioner has reached the age of superannuation long time back, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
