O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the FIR in Crime No.626 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police.

2. In this case, the FIR has been registered for offence under Sections 143 and 188 of Indian Penal Code.

3. This case is covered by the Judgment of this Court in Jeevanandham and others Vs. State and others reported in MANU/TN/5423/2018.

4. In the result, the FIR in Crime No.626 of 2017, on the file of the respondent police, is hereby quashed and accordingly, this criminal original petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
