The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition and he has also made the following endorsement to that effect:

"Withdrawing this petition. Kindly grant liberty to move the bail under Section 167(2) of Cr.P.C., before the Trial Court."

2.In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh petition before the jurisdictional Court.
