ORDER

Heard both sides.

2.Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Ms.J.R.Archana, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No. 35987 of 2025 dated 30.12.2025 only for a period of 26 days before the respondent police and final report is not yet filed.

3.After hearing both sides, this Court is inclined to modifies the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.35987 of 2025, dated 30.12.2025 in Paragraph No. 6(b) which reads as follows:- "6(b).The petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week viz., Saturday at 10.30 am for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation".

4.The rest of the conditions imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.12.2025 shall remains unaltered.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 03.02.2026 MSM 2/3
