PRAYER:

Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnors / respondents herein for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court passed in WP.No.7968 of 2010 dated 01.10.2010.

2. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the orders passed by this Court in WP.Nos.7968 & 7969 of 2010 dated 01.10.2020 have been complied with by order dated 30.06.2012.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate, both the contempt petitions are closed. However, it there is any grievance over the orders passed by the respondents, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law.
