Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the concerned records from the 2nd respondent, quash the order of the 2nd respondent dated 16.03.2008 bearing Letter No.138473/773/G27/ G271/2006-45 dated 16.03.2008 in so far as clause 4 and the order of the 2nd respondent dated 09.05.2008 bearing Letter No.138473/773/ G27/G271/2006-117 in so far as clause 2 and consequently direct the respondents to promote the remaining Assistants to the post of Accounts Supervisor in the available 2145 vacancies. When this writ petition was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that both the parties have arrived at a settlement and hence nothing survives in this writ petition for any further adjudication. Recording the same, the writ petition is dismissed has one having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
