When the matter came up today along with the Civil Suit in C.S. No.555 of 2007 for hearing, it came to understand that for the past several hearings, there was no representation for the petitioner in the said Writ petition either in person or through counsel. Even today, ie.19.12.2023, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
2. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed if any. No costs.
