Respondents Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempts of Court Act, to punish the respondents for having committed contempt of orders of this Hon'ble Court passed in W.P. No.5911 of 2006 dated 01.10.2010. For Petitioner : Mr. T.V.Krishnamachari For Respondent : Mr. M.Elumalai Additional Government Pleader O R D E R This contempt petition is filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.10.2010 in W.P. No.8911 of 2006. 2.The petitioners earlier filed a Writ Petition in W.P. No.8911 of 2006 for issuance of Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents in any way and in any manner interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and enjoyment of their private land in Survey No.179/2 measuring an extent of 5 acres in Pudupattinam Village, Chengalpettu Taluk.
After recording the respective contentions, this court directed the petitioners to give fresh representation and the District Collector to pass appropriate order within a period of four weeks on receipt of such representation.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, states that the District Collector has already passed an order upon fresh representation submitted by the petitioner. He further stated that the order passed by the District Collector is under challenge before this Court in a separate Writ Petition filed by the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners admits that a Writ Petition in W.P. No.32218 of 2012 is filed before this court challenging the order of the District Collector.
5. Based on the submissions of the learned counsel appearing on either side, reporting compliance, this Contempt Petition is closed.
