O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition is filed by the father of the detenue seeking direction to the respondents to produce the detenue, Nazira Begham, before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that his daughter, Nazira Begham, aged about 24 years, got married B.Nizam Ali and has two children through their wedlock. The petitioner states that on 08.10.2015, the detenue, went missing, in connection with which, a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

case in Crime No.516 of 2015 has been registered. Despite which, the respondent - police did not take any effective steps. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

3. Today, when the matter was called, the detenue was produced before this Court, who states that she had gone out of her house on her own volition to her friend's house in Tiruppur, from where, she was secured. She further states that her husband is working in Saudi Arabia. She also states that she wants to go with her father, the petitioner herein.

4. In view of the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
