The Writ Petition has been filed to call for the records of the 1st Respondent in Letter No.22598/pani10(2)/208 - 8 dated 15.04.2011 and quash the same and direct the Respondent 2 to disburse the medical claim of the petitioner husband as per the direction of the 3rd Respondent dated 17.05.2005 vide R.C.No.F3/19163/2005 in the Tamil Nadu Employees Health Fund Scheme to the petitioner.

2. When the matter was called on 04.01.2024, 11.01.2024 and 18.01.2024, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the matter was ordered to be listed to-day i.e., on 29.01.2024, under the caption 'for dismissal'.

3. Today also, when the matter was called, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for 'non prosecution'. No costs.
