Heard Ms.S.Girija, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Balaramesh, Special Government Pleader, appearing for the respondent.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, two out of the three directions issued by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Court in its order dated 26.04.2019, have been complied

with. An affidavit has been filed by the petitioner stating that the petitioner, though has been appointed as Salesman, has been paid a salary of Rs.7770/- per month, whereas the recently appointed Salesman is paid a salary of Rs.11,600/- per month, and insofar as Attenders are concerned, the monthly salary is fixed at Rs.14,534/-.

3. In my considered opinion, this issue needs to be argued and as this contempt petition arises out of an interim order passed by this Court, this Court is inclined to close this Contempt Petition, by directing the petitioner to raise all his objections in the final hearing of the writ petition. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
