The petitioner has come forward with this petition to direct the 1st respondent- police herein to take legal action against 2 to 4 respondents herein after registering the case in accordance with law on the basis of the petitioner's complaint vide CSR No.8/216 dated 07.01.2016 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent-police and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the petition enquiry is pending in CSR. No.08 of 2016 before the first respondent.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if the commission of cognizable offence is disclosed, a regular case shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in (2014) 2 SCC 1 (Lalitha kumari Vs. Government of Uttarpradesh & Others).
