(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) There is no representation for the petitioner. 2.In the order dated 26.06.2019, it is recorded that in spite of writing letters through registered post to the petitioner, the learned counsel for the petitioner has not received any instructions, hence, she reported no instructions and therefore, the name of the petitioner be printed in the cause list on the next date, i.e., 02.07.2019. Since the learned counsel reported no instructions and as there was no representation for the petitioner on 02.07.2019 and 16.07.2019, the matter was directed to be posted for dismissal on 26.07.2019, i.e., today.

3.As stated earlier, today also, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
