1. Ms.Swarupam, who appears for the first respondent, says that her client offers to pay a sum of Rs.4,07,143/- to the applicant towards full and final settlement of its claim.

2. Counsel for the applicant says that his client is agreeable to the offer made, provided, the payment is made at the earliest.

3. In view of the above, counsel for the first respondent undertakes to make the aforementioned payment within a period of six

(6) weeks from today.

4. Accordingly, this application is closed giving liberty to the applicant to revive the same, in case, the first respondent does not pay the amount as indicated before me today.
