This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned proceedings of the second respondent vide No.62559/N1/2003, dated 10.12.2003.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing there is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has received the copy of the documents and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, this Court is of the opinion that, the prayer sought for Page Nos.2/4

in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
