PRAYER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023.

ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made on either side, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the complaint, directs the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Mylapore, to conduct an enquiry on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 06.11.2023 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and
in accordance with law, after issuing notice to respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6, within a period twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
