This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a Writ of Declaration, to declare that the activity of the petitioner in creating awareness of accident and issuing accident policies to its members (IRDA licensed) by using Referral/Multi Level Marking System is legal and not in contravention of the provisions of the prize chit and money circulation schemes (banning) Act 1978 and consequently forbearing the respondents from in any manner by themselves or his subordinates from in any manner interfering with the lawful business activities of the petitioner by either freezing accounts or interfering in the conduct of the seminars promotional meetings held for the members.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on record reported ''no instructions''.
3. The oblivious prayer sought for by the petitioner before this Court is impermissible, unless the petitioner establishes before this Court that his conduct is authorized by any enactment or any Government orders. In the absence of any proof for legalizing the petitioner's activity, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted and this Writ Page No.2 of 4
Petition is liable to be dismissed.
