This petition is filed by the petitioner/ appellant to condone the delay of 95 days in filing the above writ appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner /appellant.

Notice sent to the First Respondent has been returned with the postal endorsement 'intimation delivered and unclaimed', which amounts to 'notice served', despite which, today, none appeared on her behalf.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly ordered.
