This Writ Petition has been filed to quash the impugned Order in G.O.[D] No.216 dated 24.07.2009, passed by the first respondent and consequently direct the respondents to issue a fresh Certificate of Ownership of the elephant Ambika in favour of the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up on 28.09.2022, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition has been posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today also there is no representation for the petitioner. This Writ Petition is pending from the year 2009.
