None appears for the petitioner.

2. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 submit that the challenge in this Writ Petition is to the provisions of Finance Act, 1994 (Service Tax on the renting of immovable property).

3. The learned Central Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 & 2 further submit that pursuant to the orders of the Hon'ble Apex Court, the challenge to the provisions of Finance Act, 1994 pending before the various High Courts were transferred to the Delhi High Court and thus, the Writ Petition pending on the file of this Court were also transferred to the Delhi High Court for adjudication.

4. It is further submitted that on transfer of the Writ Petition to the Delhi High Court, the same were heard and decided by the Delhi High Court and the matter is now pending consideration before the Hon'ble Apex Court.

5. The learned counsel thus submits that the present Writ Petition cease to exist on the file of this Court any further.
