ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25779 of 2024 dated 28.10.2024 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25779 of 2024 on 28.10.2024 is totally relaxed.
