Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to fix the salary of the petitioner equal to that of the petitioners' juniors who are drawing higher pay in the post of Superintendent from 15.07.2010, consequently direct them to pay the arrears of salary to the petitioners herein within a stipulated period.
