This Application has been filed to condone the delay of 37 days in filing the above captioned C.M.A against the decree and judgment dated 16.09.2016 made in M.C.O.P.No.469 of 2011 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Principal Sub-Judge, Thiruvannamalai.
2.Mr.B.Jawahar, learned counsel undertakes to file Vakalath on behalf of the first and second respondents and Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel appearing for the fourth respondent, submitted in unison that they have no serious objections in allowing the above application.
3. Though notice was served on the third and fifth respondents, none had entered appearance on their behalf before this Court.
4. Heard both sides.
5. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also the fact that first, second and fourth respondents have no serious objections in allowing the present petition, and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned.
