Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against all the persons who are causing loss to the sixth respondent temple and its property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2017.

This writ petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to take appropriate action against all the persons who are causing loss to the 6th respondent temple and its property by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.12.2017.
2. Heard the learned counsels appearing on both sides.
3. The grievance of the petitioner is that the private respondents herein and others are causing loss to the 6th respondent temple by collecting money themselves under the guise of doing temple activities. Ventilating such grievance, the petitioner has filed the above writ petition.
4. Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents (HR & CE) and the temple has submitted that already investigation is going on by the police and therefore, the petitioner's representation will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed after hearing all the parties.
5. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, 7th and 8th respondents as well as other interested parties, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the 1st respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
