/ 2 / Arb. O.P.(Com.Div.) No.175 of 2021:- Arbitration Original Petition praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the Award dated 21.11.2020 passed by the Learned Arbitrator.

A.No.3556 of 2021:- Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to stay the operation of the Award dated 21.11.2020 passed by the Learned Arbitrator until the disposal of the Petition filed by the Applicant / Petitioner. These Arb.O.P.(Com.Div) along with the Application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: Vide, order, dated 8/10/2021, this Court had passed an order thus: "There shall be an order of interim stay subject to the deposit of a sum of Rs.2,00,00,000/- to the credit of this O.P., on or before 28/10/2021."

2. Heard Mr.P.V.Balasubramaniam, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr.H.Karthik Seshadri, learned counsel for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented that the applicant has not complied with the order passed by this Court, dated 8/10/2021.

4. In such a view of the matter, Application No.3556 of 2021 is dismissed for non-compliance of the order.
