..Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or direction in the nature of writ directing the respondents not to recover the Dearness Allowance amount from the salary of the members of the Petitioner Union, which was already granted and consequently direct the Respondents to continue to pay the scale of pay, which was fixed in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.13 Transport Department dated 14.01.2000 with all attendant benefits.

ORDER

The relief sought for in the writ petition is to direct the respondents not to recover the dearness allowance amount from the salary of the members of the Petitioner Union, which was already granted and consequently direct the Respondents to continue to pay the scale of pay, which was fixed in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.13 Transport Department dated 14.01.2000 with all attendant benefits.

2. Today when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petitions is closed.
