This petition is filed to condone the delay of 198 days in filing the Appeal as against the judgment made in S.C.No.71/2015 dated 18.09.2024 passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge at Tiruvannamalai.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we are of the opinion that the delay may be condoned. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal and post it for admission in the usual course.
