This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl. O.P. No.32396 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024 that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent / Forest Range Officer daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition for some period and he had not complied for 18 days.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 5(b) in the order in Crl.O.P. No.32396 of 2024 dated 27.12.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent on weekly once at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. 06.02.2025 mjs SUNDER MOHAN. J., 2/3
