This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.277 of 2017. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent. 3.The petitioner lodged a complaint and thereafter, filed Crl.O.P.No.1880 of 2017 before this Court and on the directions of this Court, the respondent Police have registered a case in Crime No.277 of 2017 on 27.12.2017 under Section 468, 471 and 420 IPC against 8 accused.

4.Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations in the FIR, this Court cannot issue a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation in a time bound manner. However, the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation expeditiously in Crime No.277 of 2017 and either file a Charge Sheet or a Closure Report as the case may be, under due intimation to the de facto complainant. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
