TERMS OF SETTLEMENT The above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, challenging the judgment and decree passed by the Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation (Deputy Commissioner of Labour) Salem, in W.C.No.503 of 2008 dated 12.08.2012.

The Insurance Company aggrieved by the order of the lower forum preferred this Appeal and it appears pending. Pending appeal, the parties settled the matter, resulting in filing of memo of withdrawal. The same is recorded. As per the memo of withdrawal filed by the Appellant, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Company Limited, 12-G, Ramnagar, K.M.A. Complex, By-pass Road, Madurai 10.

Counsel for the appellant This Lok Adalat award is passed in terms of the above settlement.
