Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from either laying the electric poles or laying the electric cables and proceeding further for the transmission of electricity by the respondents through the lands comprised in survey No. 19-3A1E1, 19-3A1E2 and 19-3A3A of Koodankulam Village, Radhapuram Taluk, Tirunelveli District admeasuring 6.82 acres without the petitioner's consent for the same.
