Respondent Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.02.2017 and consequently direct the respondent to give electricity service connection to the petitioner schedule property situated at No.14/90, Main Road, Venkateswara Nagar, Pozhichalur, Chennai - 74.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondent to consider the representation dated 10.02.2017 with a further prayer to give electricity service connection.

2.This is the second round of litigation. The very same prayer has been sought for on an earlier occasion in W.P.No.33290 of 2016 in which the following order was passed on 29.09.2016:

"Petitioner, having filed the writ petition and taken time on the earlier occasion to produce some documents, now seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner has made an endorsement to such effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Recording the said endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, it is made clear that the petitioner should not file any fresh petition on this score. No costs."

Suppressing the same, the present writ petition has been filed. 3.This Court is not inclined to exercise its discretion under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed.
