ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the protest petition 1 of 2016 in Crime No.39 of 2013 to any other Judicial Magistrate of Sessions Court at Coimbatore.

2. Though the petitioner had raised various grounds seeking for transfer of his protest petition from Judicial Magistrate of Sessions Court at Coimbatore to any other Court of law, the main grievance of the petitioner seems to be that there is no much progress in the judicial proceedings, since the petitioner is 70 years old. Hence, it would be appropriate to direct the concerned learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible.

In the result, this criminal original petition is disposed of with the direction that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tirupur shall complete the proceedings in protest petition in crime No.39 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
