This Arbitration Original Petition is filed to set aside the award dated 22.12.2021 passed by the sole Arbitrator in dispute between the petitioner and the respondent made in Arbitration matter No.YKR/11/2021.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that this matter has been amicably settled between the parties and therefore, he seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the petition.

3. In view of the above submission, this Arbitration Original petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
