ORDER

The above Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a speedy disposal of HMOP.No.65 of 2020 pending on the file of the Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

3. It is informed that the Mediation has failed. 1/3

4. Both side counsels on consent agreeable for an early disposal of HMOP.No.65 of 2020 along with HMOP.No.342 of 2018, pending on the file of the Sub Court, Tambaram.

5. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. The learned Sub Court, Tambaram is directed to conduct a joint trial in HMOP.No.65 of 2020 and HMOP.No.342 of 2018 and dispose of the same within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

6. It is needless to state that this order shall not in any way come in the way of the earlier order passed by this Court on 11.07.2024. 20.03.2025 shr Index : Yes/No Internet : Yes/No Speaking Order/Non Speaking Order To The Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.
