(Order of the Court was made by T.RAJA.J) This Contempt Petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.12.2014 made in W.A.No.2163/2012. 2.

When the matter was called today, there was no representation for the petitioner. A perusal of the Notes Paper would go to show that on the last occasion i.e. on 13.09.2021 also, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, for the non-representation on behalf of the petitioner on the hearing dates consecutively, the Contempt Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
